This Privacy Policy explains how PUVI Labs Private Limited processes data when you use PUVINoise at https://app.puvilabs.com. For agent telemetry containing third-party personal data, your organization is typically the controller and PUVI Labs acts as a processor.
2. Data we process
2.1 Account information (provided by you)
- Name, email, organization, role, and team membership
- Password (stored hashed) and billing contact details where applicable
2.2 Telemetry information (collected after instrumentation)
- Trace and session identifiers, runtime metadata, agent and deployment identifiers
- Event timestamps and operational metrics
2.3 Observability data
- Logs, traces, metrics, behaviour signals, incident and escalation signals
2.4 AI and agent data
- Tool execution metadata, model metadata, token and usage metrics
- Behaviour intelligence outputs, governance recommendations, AI Credit consumption
2.5 Automatically collected
- IP address, browser and device information, authentication sessions
- In-app usage events for security, reliability, and product improvement
- Cookies (see Section 10)
3. Collected automatically vs provided by you
Account and billing details are provided by you. Telemetry, observability, and derived intelligence data are collected automatically once you configure SDK, API, or integrations. You control which agents connect, retention within plan limits, and team access.

- Platform operation, authentication, and security
- Incident detection and governance workflows
- Reliability analysis, behaviour intelligence, and operational posture
- AI Credit metering and plan enforcement
- Product improvement, support, and legal compliance
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We share data with infrastructure, payment, and email providers; your team per RBAC; and authorities when required by law.
6. International processing
Data may be processed in India and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers consistent with applicable law.
