1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PUVINoise (the "Service", "Platform", or "Product"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you register on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
PUVINoise is an AI Runtime Intelligence, Agent Observability, Behaviour Intelligence, and Governance Platform operated by PUVI Labs Private Limited. The Service includes agent registration, telemetry ingestion, session monitoring, trace collection, behaviour intelligence and risk analysis, incident detection, governance workflows, runtime controls, Agent Command Centre operations, operational posture assessment, and forecasting and operational analytics.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. The Service is intended for business and professional use.
3. Accounts, Tenants, and Roles
3.1 Account registration
You must provide accurate account information (name, work email, organization) and maintain a secure password. You must accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3.2 Multi-tenant model
Each customer organization operates in a dedicated tenant with logical isolation from other tenants. You are responsible for tenant configuration and use.
3.3 Roles and access
- Platform Admin — PUVI Labs personnel authorized for cross-tenant platform administration, commercial governance, and system operations.
- Tenant Admin — Customer owner or administrator managing billing, team, integrations, agents, environments, retention, and governance settings.
- Member — Customer user with permissions to operate observability, intelligence, and control surfaces.
- Viewer — Customer user with read-oriented access to permitted surfaces.
You are responsible for role assignment, access revocation, usage monitoring, and all activity under accounts in your tenant.
3.4 Account security
Safeguard credentials and SDK/API keys. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. Do not share accounts in violation of plan limits.
4. Acceptable use
4.1 Permitted use
You may use PUVINoise to observe, analyze, govern, and operate authorized AI agents and workloads, including registering agents, ingesting telemetry, monitoring sessions and traces, responding to incidents, and applying runtime controls you configure.
4.2 Prohibited use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to cause harm
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access
- Abuse AI systems or circumvent rate limits and fair-use protections
- Monitor systems or individuals without proper legal authority
- Misuse credentials or SDK keys
- Reverse engineer non-public elements of the Service where prohibited by law
- Send personal data without lawful basis and appropriate configuration
5. Customer data and ownership
You retain ownership of configuration, telemetry, behaviour signals, incident records, and other data you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant PUVI Labs a limited license to process Customer Content to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI governance, runtime controls, and incidents
Behaviour intelligence, risk scores, governance recommendations, and incident signals are operational aids. You remain responsible for decisions in Command Centre, runtime controls, and incident response. The Service does not guarantee prevention of all failures, security incidents, or policy violations.
7. SDK and instrumentation
SDK and API instrumentation sends telemetry when configured. You are responsible for securing ingestion credentials, scoping agents and environments, and ensuring transmitted data complies with your legal obligations. See Settings → SDK in the application.
8. Subscription plans, AI Credits, and commercial terms
8.1 Plans
Plans include Evaluation, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise with limits on agents, traces, sessions, team size, environments, retention, control-plane access, SSO, and alerting as shown in-product or in your order form. Evaluation access may be timeboxed.
8.2 AI Credits
Consumption-based intelligence features draw from AI Credits allocated per billing period. Included credits, grace, and suspension behaviour are shown in AI Credits surfaces and your commercial agreement.
8.3 Fair use and feature gating
We may gate features by plan, throttle abusive usage, and suspend accounts that evade limits or share tenants across unrelated organizations.
8.4 Payment
Paid plans are billed per your subscription. Non-payment may result in grace, suspension, or termination.
9. Tenant responsibilities
You are responsible for users and roles, lawful agent and telemetry configuration, incident response, usage against plan and credit limits, and accurate billing information. Where you process end-user personal data, you act as controller; PUVI Labs processes Customer Content as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability
We provide the Service on an as-available basis. Maintenance and factors outside our control may cause interruption. Support levels depend on your plan.
11. Intellectual property
PUVI Labs retains all rights in the Service and marks. "PUVINoise" is a mark of PUVI Labs Private Limited.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or security risk. Upon termination, access ends; export may be available for a limited period. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy and your plan, subject to legal holds.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUVI LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OR THAT INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUVI LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
15. Indemnification
You will indemnify PUVI Labs against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India where PUVI Labs Private Limited has its principal place of business have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
